REQUEST FOR SNOW REMOVAL QUOTES JAMESTOWN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT Jamestown Public School District is requesting quotes for snow removal services at the following locations: Jamestown High School and District Bus Barn parking lots and operational areas. Scope of Services: Plow JHS and Bus Barn lots and designated operational areas whenever snowfall accumulation exceeds two inches. Apply sand and/or salt as needed to maintain safe driving and parking conditions. The Bus Barn must be completely plowed and accessible before 5:00 a.m. and the JHS parking lot by 6:30 a.m. on all school days. Snow may be piled in designated areas on-site. Sidewalk snow removal, snow hauling and removal from the properties are not included. Please include the following in your quote: Cost per snow-removal event for each location and alternative monthly cost for October 2026 through April 2027. Sand and salt costs, including whether they are included in the quoted price or billed separately. Any minimum charges, mobilization fees, or additional fees.
