CBC tells journalists not to call 9/11 'terrorist attacks' in internal memo ahead of the 25th anniversary.

The Canadian broadcaster says the term is too politically and emotionally loaded to use without attribution, instead directing staff to describe the events as hijackings that led to crashes.

The FBI has described 9/11 as the most lethal terrorist attacks in history, and Canada's own government lists al Qaeda as a terrorist entity.

Michigan's Democratic AG rips her own party's Senate nominee for appearing to make excuses for domestic terrorism after a synagogue attack.

Dana Nessel says Abdul El-Sayed's response — that 'hurt people hurt people' — minimized an attempted massacre of over 100 pre-K children at Temple Israel by a Hezbollah-inspired gunman.

Nessel also warned of "an enormous amount of anti-Semitism within the Democratic Party" and said she doesn't feel safe attending her own state party's convention as a Jewish person.
