Join childcare providers from across Michigan for CPAOM's Capitol Impact Day, a grassroots advocacy event designed to bring provider voices directly to state lawmakers. Participants will receive advocacy guidance, connect with fellow providers, and deliver impact statements highlighting how current policy decisions affect childcare businesses, educators, and the families they serve.

No advocacy experience is required. Whether you're attending your first legislative event or have participated before, this is an opportunity to ensure policymakers hear directly from the people who understand Michigan's childcare system best.

Together, we'll turn provider experiences into meaningful policy conversations.

In 2025, 53,198 youth were provided shelter night by Michigan Homelessness and Runaway Youth agencies. Send a letter to your legislator by using the link in the caption and tell them to keep these agencies providing shelter, counseling, and outreach services open - so Michigan youth have a safe place to turn when nowhere else feels safe.
