The windows at the Fergus County Clerk and Recorder Office and Fergus County Treasurer's Office will be closed to business starting December 24th at 1 p.m. through December 26th. The windows will reopen for business December 29th at 8 a.m. Thank you.

The County Planning Board meeting scheduled for September 4th has been cancelled.

The Elevator at the Fergus County Courthouse will be unavailable for use starting July 7 through approximately August 16, 2025. To conduct business on the second or third floor, please, call the office you need prior to coming in to make an appointment and on arrival to the rotunda to complete business.
