National Assisted Living Week is September 13–19, and this year’s theme is “Shining Through the Years.”

We need your help! Families and friends are encouraged to look through those old photo albums and camera rolls and send us a favorite photo or few of your loved one shining through the years. It could capture a special accomplishment, career, wedding, family memory, favorite hobby, adventure, or simply a joyful moment!
Along with the photo, please tell us:
