Update: Power has been restored.

We are aware of a current outage affecting members in the Etterville area. The outage was caused by a vehicle accident that damaged a power pole.
Our crews are on-site and will be replacing the pole. Due to the extent of the repairs, it will take a few hours to safely set the new pole and restore power. We appreciate your patience as our crews work as quickly and safely as possible to get everyone back on.
As always, please stay away from any downed power lines and report outages through the SmartHub app or by calling our office at 573-644-9000. Thank you for your understanding.

Meet one of our summer interns, Hank Lueckenotte!
Hank is a graduate of Blair Oaks High School and is currently studying Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) at State Technical College of Missouri in Linn.
Growing up playing sports, Hank enjoyed working together as a team to accomplish a goal — something he says relates closely to a career in the electric industry, where teamwork is essential every day.
In his spare time, Hank enjoys hunting turkey, deer, and squirrels, along with fishing for catfish at Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks.
During his internship with Three Rivers Electric Cooperative, Hank hopes to learn more about how we serve electricity to our members and gain a better understanding of how the system works behind the scenes.

Meet one of our summer interns, Nicholas Abel!
Nicholas is a graduate of Owensville High School and is currently studying Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) at State Technical College of Missouri in Linn.
In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys hunting and fishing. His interest in working outdoors and being part of a hands-on career is what led him to pursue the electric industry.
During his internship with Three Rivers Electric Cooperative, Nicholas hopes to learn what day-to-day life in the industry is really like and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.
We’re excited to have Nicholas as part of the Three Rivers team this summer!

Beat the heat and save energy this summer!

Raise your thermostat a few degrees when possible and make sure to replace dirty/clogged filters so your system runs efficiently. Use smaller appliances instead of the oven to keep extra heat out of the kitchen and remember to close blinds during the hottest times of the day.

Simple actions can lead to significant savings this summer. 😎☀️
