Lodi Police Blotter — Week of June 8, 2026
On June 14th, at 8:02 p.m., the officer was dispatched to a Sunset Avenue residence in response to a report of suspicious circumstances. The resident had returned home to find the power to her trailer shut off; the security tag on the exterior electrical box had been cut, and the main breaker had been switched off, which she stated she had not done. A report was taken at the landlord's request.
On June 13th, at 8:07 p.m., the officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Wooster Street and Prospect Street. The driver was found to be operating under a suspended license and was cited. She is identified as Ashley L. Gumm, 36, of Bank Street, Lodi.
On June 13th, at 3:20 p.m., the officer was dispatched to a Redfield Street residence regarding a suspicious male who had pulled into the driveway and appeared to be attempting a door-to-door scam. The male left when asked and was gone before the officer's arrival.
On June 12th, at 7:56 p.m., the officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Bank Street and Lee Drive for an expired registration. The driver was cited. He is identified as Callyn A. Ratcliff, 34, of Congress Road, West Salem.
On June 12th, at 4:47 p.m., a license plate reader alert directed the officer to a vehicle in the area of Market Street and Wooster Street. The driver was found to be operating under a suspended license and was cited. She is identified as Sherri A. Cannavino, 50, of Academy Street, Lodi.
On June 11th, at 4:25 p.m., the officer was dispatched to a Broadway Street residence on a reported violation of a protection order. A report was taken, and the investigation is ongoing.
On June 10th, at approximately 2:42 p.m., the officer observed a physical altercation between the driver and a passenger of a vehicle stopped on West Drive. The officer separated the two, and the driver was found to have an active felony warrant for aggravated drug possession. He was taken into custody and released to Medina County Sheriff's deputies for transport. He is identified as Ryan S. Cristell, 23, of Grove Street, Lodi. Further Charges pending
On June 9th, at 1:39 a.m., the officer assisted the Medina County Sheriff's Office with a traffic stop on Wooster Street. A K9 alerted on the vehicle, and illicit drugs and a firearm were located. The subject was arrested and transported to the Medina County Jail.
