Construction has officially reached the Whittier, but the park, playground, and activities are still open and running as usual!

The parking lot is open and can be accessed from 500 East. You can also park on the west side of the building (400 East) by entering from 200 North.

Let us know if you have any questions; weโ€™re glad to still have the community using the space!

We're ready for the yard sale (in the gym) tomorrow. Hope to see you there. We have ballet costumes, hunting gear, games, toys, dishes, clothes, antique windows (1908 Whittier windows), furniture, and much more. Priced to sale. All money earned will go directly back to the Whittier Community Center. Thanks for your help.

There will also be a free car wash. Though not required, any donation, large or small, is greatly appreciated.

It's time for the free Annual Halloween Carnival at the Whittier Community Center on October 31st from 3 - 6 PM. To make this event a big success we need help in the following areas:

1) Spread the word of this activity to your family and friends. This is free family event.
2) Volunteers are needed to setup, to run the games/activities, or to cleanup. The more help we receive the better this event can be for the community.
3) Donations of candy, treats, gifts, etc. will allow the kids to receive more goodies at the carnival.
