Empowering and preparing youth for success by providing positive youth development. 4-H creates opportunities for youth to use their skills to influence and impact others by offering targeted youth education programs to address Illinois issues. 4-H is a voluntary, informal education program for young people ages 8-18, as of September 1st of the current 4-H year.
4-H Cloverbuds is a program for younger children who are 5-7 years old.

We are hosting 4-H Fair office hours again this year. Our first one is this Saturday. This is a time to ask questions, get one-on-one help with Fair Entry, pick up a fair book, etc.

Forms submitted via the link do not require an Extension staff signature. Retain a copy of the nomination form and bring it with you to the state fair check-in. Copies on your phone are permissible.
