✨ Quiet concentration. Delicate hands. Growing mathematical minds. ✨

Our Glass Bead Chains invite children to slow down, focus, and explore the beauty of numbers through hands-on work. 🔢🧵 With each careful count, children strengthen concentration, coordination, and their understanding of mathematical patterns.

🌿 Small hands. Deep concentration. Big discoveries. 🌿

If you give a school an apple tree… 🍎

You give children the chance to share, count, prepare, serve, and wash.

Through these everyday experiences, children are practicing Practical Life—concentration, coordination, and a sense of responsibility in ways that feel meaningful and joyful. These everyday activities allow children to indirectly prepare themselves for math and language skills

Because in Montessori, learning is woven into the work of everyday life.

Interesting in enrolling? We have a Prospective Parent Information Session on 9/10 @6:30 pm.

Hello, September! 🍂🤎

As we welcome a new school year, we’re taking a moment to feel grateful for all the joy and growth this summer brought to our Toad Hill community. ☀️🌿

Now, we’re looking ahead with so much excitement for a new season of learning, exploring, and growing together. There’s something so special about the fresh start that September brings. 🍎📚

Happy September and happy back to school! We’re so excited for all that’s ahead! 🤎 “The education of even a small child, therefore, does not aim at preparing him for school, but for life.”
— Dr. Maria Montessori

New Parent Onboarding Turning Enrollment into Long Term Commitment

In this session, we walk through what a thoughtful, structured onboarding experience actually looks like—and why it has such a direct impact on retention, parent satisfaction, and long-term enrollment stability.

We explore:

✅ Why onboarding is not just logistics—but relationship building
✅ The concept of a 90-day onboarding journey for new families
✅ What schools should be communicating before the first day even begins
✅ How to reduce parent anxiety and second-guessing in the first 30 days
✅ Turning new families into aligned, confident Montessori partners
✅ The role of email, calls, and personal touchpoints in building trust
✅ Common onboarding gaps that lead to misunderstandings later

The best schools don’t just welcome families.

They prepare them—the same way Montessori classrooms are carefully prepared for children.

When onboarding is done well, everything improves:

Parent understanding
Teacher communication
Retention
And long-term enrollment health

If you’ve ever felt like new families take too long to “get it”…
or that the first 60–90 days are more reactive than intentional…
this recorded webcast will give you a clear path forward.
