🎶✨ Spring Concert Season at Toki! ✨🎶

Our talented Dragons took the stage this spring, sharing their hard work and musical growth with family, friends, and our school community. From choir and band to orchestra, these performances showcased months of dedication, teamwork, and passion.

🎤 Ms. Green shared, "It is wonderful to give students the opportunity to show off their hard work to their friends and families."

🎺 Mr. Garrett said, "My favorite part of teaching music is watching the students grow not only as students but more importantly as humans throughout middle school."

🎻 Ms. Van Wormer added, "I've had the opportunity to work with many of these students since 5th grade, and it is really great to see all their growth over 4 years."

Thank you to our students, families, and music teachers for making these concerts so special. We are proud of all our musicians! 🎶🐉

From staying true to yourself and getting involved, to asking for help when you need it and embracing new opportunities, these messages come from the people who have had the privilege of watching you learn, grow, and thrive.

Our 8th grade Dragons have officially completed their final year of middle school and are ready to begin their next chapter in high school this fall! 💜🩵

Students and their families gathered to celebrate this important milestone with smiles, laughter, and plenty of photos capturing the friendships, families, and staff who have supported these students along the way.📸

We’re excited to welcome all students and families to our school-wide Meet & Greet this August. This is a great opportunity to start the year feeling prepared and confident.

🎓🩵 A Special Send-Off 💜🎓

This goodbye is extra meaningful for a group of our 8th grade Dragons. These students began their journey at Orchard Ridge Elementary and continued on to Toki Middle School, growing up in the same building and learning together every step of the way. 🐉✨️

These former Dolphins also had the chance to take a photo with Ms. Statz, who is retiring from Orchard Ridge Elementary School at the end of this school year. Many of these students have known her since their elementary school days, making the moment even more special. 🐬✨️

We are so proud of these students and all they have accomplished. We wish them the very best as they begin their high school journey and create new memories ahead. 🥹😭

🌈 Happy Pride Month from Toki Middle School! 🌈

At Toki, we celebrate the diversity, identities, and experiences that make our community stronger. During Pride Month, we recognize and honor our LGBTQ+ students, staff, families, and allies, while reaffirming our commitment to creating a school where everyone feels seen, valued, and respected.

Our GSA has been a place of connection, support, and belonging throughout the year. As GSA MSCR leader Ms. Williams shares:

"I’ve loved taking over Toki’s GSA this year and building community with a variety of q***r students and allies. I’m proud to provide a safe space for them to express themselves freely without judgment, and I am so thankful for the community we’ve built together this year."
