Group Fitness
All group fitness classes on the schedule are open to all members. Instructors
There are classes at a variety of intensity levels. Try different types of classes as well as different instructors to see which ones meet your needs. The instructor always teaches to all ability levels. While taking a class you should always workout at your own intensity level. If you are unsure about an exercise, ask the instructor to show you a modification of that exercise. Class Times
Other classes do not require early arrival, it is imperative that you arrive on time. Never enter a class that has been in progress for 5 minutes or more. Warm up and instructions are essential. Arriving late is disruptive to members and can be dangerous. What to Bring
For classes in the studios, you should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes including sneakers. Cell phones are not permitted in any class. If you must answer your cell phone (in case of emergency), please walk to the closest corridor to proceed with your conversation. Schedule
A schedule and description of all classes is available at the front desk. Please check the schedules posted around the center, at the front desk, or online monthly to ensure you have the most up to date version. Any changes or information concerning group fitness will be prominently displayed on the group fitness bulletin board.

Bergen County is taking steps to improve traffic flow at the intersection of Darlington Avenue and Ridge Road in Ramsey, particularly during the summer months when traffic increases significantly due to the Mahwah municipal pool and Darlington County Park. Adjustments to the flashing traffic signal at this intersection will begin on Wednesday, May 20th.

Starting May 20th, the following adjustment will be made to the flashing traffic signal at the intersection of Darlington Avenue and Ridge Road in Ramsey:

* Westbound Darlington Avenue will be made a STOP condition at Ridge Road.

* Eastbound Darlington Avenue WILL BE ALLOWED to make a left turn onto Ridge Road.

* Southbound Ridge Road will remain as a right turn out only.

To allow the left turn from Darlington Avenue east to Ridge Road north, the westbound Darlington Avenue motorist will come to a Stop at a location that allows them to both see and be seen by eastbound motorists before proceeding, as well as be seen by westbound motorists approaching from behind. A Stopbar, Stop sign, Stop Ahead sign, and Stop Ahead advance warning marking will be applied. The flashing yellow light will be adjusted to flashing red. The eastbound No Left Turn signs will be removed, and the flashing eastbound yellow will remain.
