Welcome to the main page for the KSU Wildcat Battalion! Please like, comment, or share! It is the largest commissioning source in the American military.

The Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) was established when President Woodrow Wilson signed the National Defense Act of 1916. Since its inception, Army ROTC has provided leadership and military training at schools and universities across the country and has commissioned more than a half million Officers. Army ROTC is one
of the most demanding and successful leadership programs in the country. For years, Army ROTC has been creating leaders who go on to rewarding careers in the military and civilian worlds. Army ROTC produces approximately 60 percent of the Second Lieutenants who join the active Army, Army Reserve and Army National Guard. More than 40 percent of current Active Duty Army General Officers were commissioned through ROTC.

PT. Lab. Recruiting. Ranger Challenge. #

From building strength and leadership to connecting with future Wildcats at Leavenworth High School College Night, our cadets stayed busy all week. We wrapped it up at Ranger Challenge, putting our skills, grit, and teamwork to the test.

STX Lane 2: Ready for what’s next. 💜

The work starts long before competition day. Wildcat Battalion cadets continue to push their limits through Ranger Challenge PT, building the strength, endurance, and teamwork needed to succeed when it matters most.

Masks on, mission focused. Ranger Challenge cadets sharpened their CBRN skills, building confidence and readiness for any environment.

Leadership under pressure. Decisions in action. Cadets put their tactical skills and teamwork to the test during STX Lane 2, gaining valuable experience in mission planning and ex*****on.
