Cobb Library Foundation Increasing the presence of the library in our community through advocacy & fundraising.

The Cobb County Public Library Foundation (Cobb Library Foundation for short) is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides support to the Cobb County Public Library System by raising funds and seeking other contributions from the community and business partnerships. The Foundation was established in 2003 to build private support, enhance visibility for our library’s impact and streng

Through the generous support of many civic-minded corporations, institutions and individuals, the Foundation has provided start-up funding for new programs, such as technology for Portable Laptop Training Labs and Early Literacy Computer Stations, and even the Triple D Production Company. Your gift to the Foundation can qualify for income, estate or gift tax deductions, within the limits imposed by the law. You may designate your gift to be used in the area of greatest need, or direct it to a specific division or program within the Library.

Join us on February 11, 2026 at the Switzer Library from 2PM-4PM for an author talk with Lynn featuring her new book, "When We Were Brilliant." You'll have the opportunity to have your book signed and take a picture with Lynn. All participants can enter into a drawing to have Lynn visit with your book club. Tickets are $35.00 with a book or $15.00 without a book. We hope to see you there!
