Today, the Monroe Police Department pauses to honor and remember the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten. As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, let us take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and remember those who gave everything for our country.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our fallen heroes and their families.

May we never forget. 🇺🇸
