❤️ Remembering Trenton Grant ❤️

Trenton Grant will forever be remembered as a beloved Bobcat and one of the brightest lights to grace this world. Those who had the privilege of knowing him were truly better for it, and his impact on our hearts and our school community will never be forgotten.

Trenton was an exceptionally kind soul with a remarkable gift for music and a way with words that was evident from a very young age. His warmth, talent, and eloquence made him truly special, and the memories we shared with him will remain treasured for a lifetime.

We are incredibly grateful to have been a part of Trenton’s journey and to have memories that we will carry with us always. Though he is gone far too soon, his light will continue to shine through the lives he touched.

Our hearts are with Trenton’s family, friends, teachers, staff, and all who loved him during this incredibly difficult time.

Forever in our hearts, Trenton. Once a Bobcat, always a Bobcat. ❤️🐾

Classroom Spotlight:
👾👻The buddy classes of Ms. Muir and Mrs. Kucharski collaborated on a monster creation project.

🪨🦴Mrs. Volpi’s 4th grade students worked in groups to build rock layers to help them learn how fossils help scientists discover new animals and when/where they were found.
Ok
➕️✖️Ms. Mueller’s class has been working hard in math and on I-Ready! Students have been practicing skip counting to learn the multiples of numbers and build their multiplication skills by playing a fun game called Multiples Trash! Students have also been working hard to get their I-Ready minutes in and pass lessons! Those who achieve a 90% pass rate or higher for the week earn a spot in Club 90! 🎉 Club 90 members earn badges and get to celebrate their hard work with a special Lunch Bunch on Fridays!

Rolling in the DICE Lab! 🎲✨
It was another week filled with creativity, engineering, and hands-on learning in the DICE Lab! Here’s what our youngest engineers were up to:
🍎 1st Grade: Continued their study of apples by taking on a tricky engineering challenge! Using paper towel rolls, craft sticks, and pom-poms to represent parts of a tree, students designed and built their own apple trees—testing their balance skills to see how many "apples" their trees could hold!
🌴 Kindergarten: Brought a classic story to life! They constructed their own Chicka Chicka Boom Boom letter trees, focusing on finding and balancing the letters in their own names. Once they mastered that, they challenged themselves to see how many letters their trees could balance before going boom boom!
🎲 Friday Fun: Our Friday classes wrapped up the week fully engaged in their interactive Double Dice engineering stations!
Our future problem-solvers are building big ideas every day! 💡🪵

Hands-on learning at its finest! 🧼🦠
A huge thank you to the Monroe County Health Department for visiting Ms. Nenninger's 1st graders!
Ms. Reed presented an amazing lesson on germs and the importance of handwashing. Students passed around a special toy with hidden "germs" and used a black light to see where they were hiding. After a trip to the sink, the black light showed them just how well they washed!
What a fun, memorable way to build healthy habits! ✨🖐️
