🚸 School’s Out — Drive Safe & Stay Alert! ☀️
With school out for the season, more kids are outside enjoying their summer—playing, riding bikes, walking to friends’ houses, and having fun in our neighborhoods.
Please remember to:
🚗 Slow down, especially in residential areas
🛑 Stop completely at stop signs and watch for kids crossing
👀 Stay alert—children can run into the street unexpectedly
🚸 Yield to pedestrians and be extra cautious near parks and sidewalks
📵 Put distractions away while driving
Let’s all do our part to keep our community safe so our kids can enjoy their summer worry-free. 💛

Memorial Day – Pausing to Reflect and Remember

Today, we pause to honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to live, work, and serve our community in freedom.

At Mon EMS, we are especially mindful of what it means to serve others, and today, we reflect on those who made the ultimate sacrifice while doing just that.

As you spend time with family and friends, enjoy the day, but also take a moment to remember why this day exists.

🚑 Wrapping Up EMS Week 🚑
As EMS Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible dedication, compassion, and teamwork shown by our EMS professionals every single day. This week was a great reminder of the impact our crews make in the lives of those we serve.
We were especially excited to celebrate together at our Awards Night, where we honored the hard work, commitment, and excellence of our team members. Congratulations to all of our award recipients—your dedication does not go unnoticed and truly sets the standard for our service!
To end the week on a fun note, we also enjoyed some time off the truck at our bowling outing. It was a great opportunity to relax, share some laughs, and strengthen the bonds that make our team so strong both on and off duty.
Thank you to everyone who made EMS Week so special, and most importantly, thank you to our EMS personnel for all that you do for our community every day.
