His willingness to manually assist and help prevent downtime showed true urgency, ownership, and dedication. Con is always ready to support projects, assist with training, and share his knowledge with teammates. Respected by both peers and management, he leads by example through his dependable, approachable, and hardworking attitude.
Heather Ehalt (Non-Union) is being recognized for her outstanding performance, teamwork, and dedication as a coworker. Heather consistently goes above and beyond, stepping in wherever needed and taking on additional responsibilities. From managing service calls and coordinating technicians for cabinet repairs to supporting installs, handling certificates of insurance, and ensuring inside deliveries are completed efficiently, Heather plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly. Her plant-floor experience gives her valuable knowledge that benefits both her team and the department. Her reliability, persistence, and positive attitude make a meaningful impact every day.
