In memory of Staff Sgt. Aner Shapiro, his friends established a memorial overlooking Kibbutz Hamadia, carrying forward his message of unity and love for others.

On Oct. 7, Aner threw back several grenades hurled by Hamas terrorists into the shelter where he and others had sought refuge, saving many lives.

May Aner’s legacy of love, strength, and courage continue to guide and inspire us.

The Israel Defense Forces eliminated Ahmed Hussein Mohammed Kafina, commander of Kataeb al-Mujahideen in central Gaza, who participated in the abduction of Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or and directed the abduction of Sudthisak Rinthalak during the October 7 massacre.

Throughout the war, he continued advancing terror attacks against Israeli troops and civilians.

Now his brother is carrying his legacy forward.🤍🇮🇱

Fallen police officer Master Sgt. Ran Gvili, the last hostage recovered from Gaza, was killed while defending Kibbutz Alumim on October 7.

Now, his brother Omri has completed his police commander training, following in Ran’s footsteps and continuing his legacy of courage and service.

Raised in New York, Omer chose to enlist in the IDF as a lone soldier and fell defending Israel.

The Omer Neutra Center for Leadership, Israel, & Jewish Education, aims to carry Omer’s values forward and inspire the next generation.🤍🇮🇱
