Muskegon Community College is excited to invite students entering 1st–8th grade to their 3rd Annual STEM Camp!

Campers will explore science, technology, engineering, and math through fun, hands-on activities designed for their age group.
Camp sessions will take place July 6–9 and July 13–16, 2026, with AM sessions from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and PM sessions from 12:30 PM–3:30 PM.

The cost is $85 per class and includes a t-shirt, snacks, lunch, and class materials. For more information and to register, please visit:

Tomorrow is Mona Shores Comic Con, 9-2! Here are some of the great raffle prizes and entry gifts. Each student K-12 gets a lanyard and cinch sack. Squishables are the cosplay contest prizes (contest at 1pm). A generous raffle gift basket from the Muskegon Museum of Art, and 6 passes to the Art Museum to catch their "Art of the Comics" show! Tickets are on sale for the MSHS Allegros production of “Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical!" Show dates are March 19, 20, 21 at 7 pm.

The show follows the adventures of Percy Jackson, a “Half-Blood” demigod, as he discovers his “godly” self and embarks on a cross-country quest to recover Zeus’ stolen lightning bolt and save his mother, Sally, from the underworld.

This high-energy rock musical is family friendly. Known for its humorous, fast-paced fun, the show uses many theatrical effects to take viewers on a journey where they encounter monsters, magic, battles, and friendship.
