Here's a shoutout to one of our AWESOME DSP's for Direct Support Professional Recognition Week 2026!

Jolynn - I have been working for Mosaic for a little over 2 years. Working at Manchester ICF feels like walking into my second home. The staff I work with are above par and we all have a servants heart. We all do what it takes to make a comfortable, clean, and safe home for our guys. Being able to get to know them individually adds another bonus to my life. The laughter they bring, the tiny moments of pure joy filling my heart. Helping them live their best life helps me live mine!

Here's a shoutout to one of our AWESOME DSP's for Direct Support Professional Recognition Week 2026!

India - I have been with Mosaic for 14 years and it will be 15 coming up in November. My favorite part of the job is helping to make everyday a joyful experience for the individuals...with my humor and coolness. Siobhan Gonzales is a shining example of someone who was “Called to Care.” Long before she earned her Direct Support Professional title, she grew up helping care for her autistic brother, an experience that gave her an understanding of what families want: someone they can truly trust.

Today, she brings that perspective to her work supporting two young individuals with their daily routines and goals.
