Taylor County Art Factory 4-H Summer Camp is wrapping up an amazing week of creativity, learning, and hands-on fun!๐Ÿ€

Today, our campers enjoyed a special field trip to the Annette Turner Art Center, where they had the opportunity to explore and learn about a variety of incredible artworks and exhibits. The experience gave campers a chance to see creativity in action and gain inspiration from talented artists and unique art pieces.๐ŸŽจ

Throughout the week, our Art Factory campers have spent time creating, learning new techniques, expressing their creativity, and having fun with friends. It has been wonderful to watch their imaginations come to life through art!

We are so proud of all of our campers and the creativity they have shown this week. Thank you to everyone who helped make this camp such a fun and memorable experience! ๐Ÿ’š

Taylor County 4-H Summer Camp Week 1 is officially complete!๐Ÿ€

Our Hunter Safety Camp had an incredible week of learning, hands-on experiences, and skill-building. We are proud to share that every camper successfully completed and passed the Hunter Safety Course.

To wrap up the week, campers put their knowledge into practice at the shooting range, where they demonstrated the skills they learned and completed the shooting portion of their certification.๐ŸŽฏ

We are so proud of all of our 4-H campers for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning safe and responsible hunting practices.

A special thank you goes to Michael Smith with FWC for taking the time to teach our campers about wildlife conservation, hunting ethics, and firearm safety. Your knowledge, patience, and dedication helped make this week a great success, and we truly appreciate your support.

Congratulations to all of our campers on a job well done!๐Ÿ’š

This morning, we proudly celebrated our 4-H youth as they prepare to graduate high school and reach exciting new milestones. 4-H Honor Cords were presented in recognition of years of dedication and involvement in 4-H. Addison English received her honor cords at Point of Grace Christian School. At Aucilla Christian Academy, honor cords were awarded to Bryson Mills, Georgia Lindsey, Caroline Murphy, Morgan McNeill, and Hunter Slaughter.

Caroline Murphy was also awarded the Taylor County 4-H Senior Scholarship in the amount of $500.

In addition, David Trey Roberts was named the recipient of the $1,000 UF IFAS Master Gardener Program Scholarship.

These students have been part of 4-H throughout their youth, and we could not be more proud of the remarkable young adults they have become. Their hard work, leadership, and commitment truly represent the best of 4-H. ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’š

Culinary Club wrapped up the school year in the most delicious way! ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŽ‰

At our final meeting, members learned how to make their very own tacos and homemade salsa from scratch. There were lots of smiles, great teamwork, and even better flavors in the kitchen. A wonderful time was had by all, and of course, a fantastic meal was enjoyed together!

What a tasty way to end an amazing year of Culinary Club! ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ
