City, State, Merakey Launch New Mobile Methadone Program

Merakey’s Mobile Methadone Program officially launched today in Kensington with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Kensington Wellness Support Center on East Lehigh Avenue. Operating in partnership with Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services, the mobile unit expands critical access to medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.

Mayor Cherelle L. Parker joined DBHIDS Commissioner Kehinde "Kenny" Solanke, Pa.
