Register of Wills John Sabatina congratulates Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, the Capital Program Office, and the local and state elected officials - led by Councilman Mike Driscoll and Rep. Pat Gallagher - who broke ground today on a transformative Rebuild project at Russo Park in the Northeast.

This city- and state-funded project will serve the families of the Holmesburg, Tacony, and Mayfair neighborhoods, St. Hubert’s High School, and the city at large with new playing fields and rec facilities.
