Haycock Township Community Center | Cooling Station

The HTCC will be open tomorrow, Wednesday July 15th from 8AM until 8PM as a Cooling Station. There is cold water available and you can charge your phones. If you need water, you can also fill up jugs in the Meeting Room kitchen.

Good morning!

The Haycock Township Community Center will be open as a cooling station providing charging stations and water from 8AM until after the BOS meeting tonight.

We continue to have residents in the community with no power.

If you need non-emergency assistance, please call 215-239-9932 or 215-536-3641 (between 9 & 4PM Monday through Friday).

PPL has more the 200,000 locations without power. Critical infrastructure is priority and large residential areas are second on the list. They are bringing in more crews and reimbursing for ice and water.

Ice and Water Reimbursement Program
We recognize that extended outages can be especially difficult during summer heat.

For this storm event, PPL Electric has waived the normal 24-hour outage requirement and will reimburse customers through a bill credit for:

Up to three gallons of water per day
Up to three 10-pound bags of ice per day
To request reimbursement, mail itemized receipts along with your account number to:

The HTCC will be open today from 8:30 until 8PM or longer if needed. There is cold water available and you can charge your phones. If you need water, you can also fill up jugs in the Meeting Room kitchen.

PPL is actively working on the power issues and doing a review of the area since last nights storm.

If you have a tree down that blocks the road on a State road (double yellow lines) please call the PA State Police.

If you have a tree down on a Township Road (one or no lines), please call the Township building and leave a message for the Road Department. They will be notified and address the issue.

There are a number of residents without power this morning. Please spread the word to your neighbors.

Wednesday, 7/1 - Noon to 8PM
Thursday, 7/2 - 10AM - 8PM
Friday, 7/3 - 10AM - 8PM
Saturday 7/4 - 10AM - 4PM

If you need a ride, please call 215-239-9932 or 215-536-3641 (between 9AM - 4PM Monday through Thursday) and we will be glad to provide a ride for you.

An Excessive Heat Warning will be in effect in Bucks County from 07-01-2026 06:00 through 07-04-2026 18:00.
