Bay State Community Services (BSCS) is proud to offer a comprehensive continuum of social services that have been carefully designed to meet the needs of all members of our communities. As a Safety Net Agency, we offer many of our programs at no cost to the individuals and families we serve. BSCS has been providing critical community support for

over 50 years. Presently, we provide Child and Family Services, Outpatient Behavioral Health Counseling, Prevention Services, Restorative Justice Programs, Substance Use Recovery Services, Residential Treatment, Day Services, and we are proud to host numerous Peer Recovery Support Services. We provide services to hundreds of cities and towns throughout the Greater South Shore with sites in Boston, Braintree, Hingham, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Weymouth, Walpole, and Woburn.

Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) Services Have Openings! Plymouth ICC is accepting referrals for youth who may benefit from coordinated, wraparound behavioral health support.

ICC provides:
- Care Planning Team meetings with caregivers, natural supports, outpatient providers, schools, DCF/DMH, and medical providers
- Crisis/Safety Planning & Prevention with after-hours, weekend, and holiday phone support
- Assistance helping families identify strengths, needs & priorities
- Connection to natural supports and local community resources
