📱📷 FUN & FREE WORKSHOP for kids/teens! Learn the basics of photography with your phone (or tablet) alongside local photographer Todd Hopkins Photo! We will explore setting up your shot and the basics of lighting. We will also try out fun techniques and explore editing tools. This workshop is best for kids/teens age 7 and up.
No cost for this workshop; please bring your own smartphone or tablet with camera. Weather permitting, we will be inside & outside the Library.
About the instructor: Todd is a photographer from Readfield who has been making photos since 2009. He enjoys photographing people, landscapes, cars, and wildlife.

Wow! Readfield READS!! A very successful Annual Book Sale fundraiser on Saturday!
THANKS TO:
📚 everyone who donated books for the sale,
📚 all the community volunteers who worked at the sale and helped with unpacking/organizing/packing,
📚 all who purchased some new treasures today and made $ donations,
📚 and the Fire Department for use of their space.

This week, we had the opportunity to spend a gorgeous summer night with 3 talented women's voices in Maine fiction: Kate Woodworth, Cynthia Reeves, and Shannon Bowring, Writer. We thank them for sharing their latest novels with us and for the fabulous conversation. Grateful to Oliver & Friends Bookshop for serving as our bookseller for the evening. If you missed it, all 3 authors have been interviewed individually by Bill Nemitz as part of Maine Public's Book Club "All Books Considered."
