Ziegler was transported to the Phelps County Jail where she was incarcerated on her warrant. 841

whereas approximately $250.00 worth of damage had occurred to his vehicle. Investigation is ongoing. 820

and adult female of Vienna, MO. V1 was backing from a parking space in the parking lot. V2 was parked at the gas pump facing eastbound. The crash occurred when V1 improperly backed into
V2 then left the scene. There was unknown damage to V1 and minor damage to V2. There were no reports of injuries on scene. Investigation is ongoing. 841

Toyota Corolla that was legally parked and unoccupied. The crash as V1 was reversing in a private parking lot, turned too tightly, and struck the rear passenger side of V2. V1 then left the scene. There was unknown damage to V1 and moderate damage to V2. Investigation ongoing. 845

license, possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Rolla Police Department where he was booked and released pending formal

Officers responded to the 700 block of North Bishop Ave for a motor vehicle crash. Vehicle #1, a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, operated by an adult male of Rolla MO. Vehicle #2, a 2021 Ford Edge, operated by an adult female of Rolla MO. The crash occurred when Vehicle #2 was pulling out of a private drive and was struck by Vehicle #1. There was moderate damage to Vehicle #1, and disabling damage to Vehicle #2. There were no injuries reported on scene. Vehicle #2 was towed away from the scene due to disabling damages. 854

The crash occurred when Vehicle #1 was traveling eastbound on Whitney Lane and struck Vehicle #2 while it was backing from a driveway. Today marks Chief Fagan's final official day with the Rolla Police Department after 11 years of dedicated service to our community.

During his tenure, Chief Fagan has led our department through significant growth, challenges, and accomplishments while maintaining an unwavering commitment to public safety and professional excellence. His leadership has helped shape the organization we are today and has positively impacted countless officers, employees, and community members.

On behalf of the men and women of the Rolla Police Department, we extend our sincere gratitude for his years of service, leadership, mentorship, and dedication to the citizens of Rolla. His influence will continue to be felt throughout the department for years to come.

While we are sad to see him leave, we are excited for the opportunities that retirement will bring. We wish Chief Fagan and his family nothing but happiness, good health, and many memorable adventures in this next chapter of life.

Thank you for your service, Chief. Your contributions to this department and community will not be forgotten.

Vehicle #2, a 2017 Ford Fusion, operated by an adult female of Newburg MO. The crash occurred when Vehicle #1 failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck Vehicle #2. There was minor damage to Vehicle #1, and moderate damage to Vehicle #2. The occupants of both vehicles reported no injury and were not
transported by EMS. 857

Officers responded to the intersection of Old Highway 66 and County Road 2170 for a motor vehicle crash. V1, a 2024 Honda Xr150l operated by a juvenile male of Rolla, MO. V2, a 2017
Subaru Outback operated by an juvenile male of Rolla, MO. V1 was driving eastbound on Old Highway 66. V2 was stopped in traffic making a left turn from Old Highway 66 onto County Road
2170. The crash occurred when V1 exceeded the posted speed limit and struck the rear of V2 causing the driver of V1 to be ejected. There was major damage to V1, and moderate damage to
V2. The driver of V1 suffered an arm and head injury and was transported by EMS for further medical treatment. 841
