During the Friday Memorial Luncheon at PROJECT 2000 ###VII, the presentation of the CPOF Scholarship Program was shared as part of the program.

Following remarks from Patrick Gallaway, National Director, Sgt. Howard Dowdell of the National Honor Guard Team took the stage to recognize this year's scholarship recipients and the bright futures they represent.

Each scholarship award is more than financial assistance, it is an investment in the children and families of the correctional profession, helping them pursue their educational goals while honoring the sacrifices made by those who serve.

Over the coming days and weeks, we will be spotlighting many of our 2026 scholarship recipients, sharing their stories, achievements, and aspirations. We hope you'll join us in celebrating these remarkable young men and women.
