SETA Changes Lives, One Career at a Time

Manuel Rangel once struggled to make ends meet working a minimum-wage job. Through SETA’s Prison to Employment (P2E) program in partnership with Caltrans, he enrolled in CDL training and received support that helped him stay on track.

Today, Manuel is a professional truck driver with Western Express earning higher wages and building a stronger future for his family.

A life changed through opportunity, training, and support.
