CalPrivacy is hiring Analyst II to join our Enforcement Division. In this role, you will serve as the lead complaints analyst, ensuring Californians can report violations of consumer privacy law and that submissions are properly reviewed.

Key responsibilities include:

🔹Gather and review evidence, prepare reports, and help provide investigative support to Enforcement attorneys
🔹Develop and improve document management systems including eDiscovery workflows

Our team will walk through key requirements, timelines, and technical considerations to help data brokers prepare for compliance. All businesses operating as a data broker in California must access the DROP and download their first batch of deletion requests within 45 days beginning August 1, 2026.
