Congrats to our TX Fast Track Team on the official grand opening of their second location! 👏

Today marked the grand opening of Country Club Village, an affordable housing community that combines the rehabilitation of existing apartments with new construction to provide 270 homes for seniors and residents with disabilities.

Developed by Prospera Housing Community Services in partnership with Bexar County, the City of San Antonio, and the San Antonio Housing Trust, this project demonstrates the impact of strong public and nonprofit collaboration. Bexar County was proud to support the development through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.

Country Club Village helps ensure seniors can age in place while advancing the goals of Bexar County’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the City of San Antonio’s Strategic Housing Implementation Plan by preserving and expanding affordable housing opportunities.

A special thank you to our Community Development team for their dedication and hard work in helping make this project a reality. Their commitment to expanding affordable housing opportunities continues to make a meaningful impact throughout our community. 🙌✨
