Mason Health Foundation board members Lyle Lewin and Jeanna Marquina and Mason Health staff celebrated the 1-year anniversary of Belle Vie of Allyn last week. Belle Vie of Allyn (formerly known as Haven in Allyn) offers a 16-bed assisted living facility at its stunning location overlooking Case Inlet and Mt. Rainier.

🎉Mason Health Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Karl Nelson to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. He brings a wealth of professional experience and a strong commitment to service that will help advance the Foundation’s mission of supporting exceptional health care for Mason County residents.

⛑️Nelson serves as a chaplain with North Mason Regional Fire Authority and also enjoys writing and creating music by composing and mixing organ work. Nelson was inspired by the opportunity to support initiatives that directly improve the health and well-being of local residents and is eager to contribute his leadership experience to the Foundation’s work.

🍨Coming soon! Mark your calendars for a takeover at CJ's Corner from 4 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 21 - 20% of all proceeds will go toward Mason Health Foundation's Pediatric Endowment Fund. Grab some dinner and check out CJ's new ice cream parlor while you're at it!

The Pediatric Endowment Fund supports the purchase of medical equipment and programs for Mason Health's youngest patients. This fund has supported the purchase of children's physical therapy equipment, car seats for families in need at the Birth Center, fetal monitors and jaundice equipment at MGH, and so much more. Support quality health care on Aug. 21!
