Lower Yellowstone Electric Cooperative is a consumer owned electric cooperative in Northeastern Montana. LYREC serves either all of parts of Dawson, Richland, and Roosevelt counties in Montana and Mckenzie and Williams counties in North Dakota.

Meet Morgan Nygaard! He's a Minot native and a recent grad of Bismarck State College's line worker program. Line work runs in his family, as his grandfather was a line worker and electrician for BNSF Railway, and his older brother is a line worker in Minot. In his free time, Morgan enjoys hunting, fishing and spending times outdoors.

And the winners of our annual meeting scholarship are... (drumroll please)...
