Rainy summer days are perfect for puzzles! 🧩

Our Puzzle Swap shelf is brimming with new jigsaws to explore. No need to check out, simply take a puzzle to enjoy, then trade it in or keep it if it has become a favorite.

If you have puzzles you'd like to pass on to another enthusiast, bring up to 2 puzzles at a time to donate. Please be sure that donations contain all pieces and feature a picture on the box.

Visit the Puzzle Swap section located on the first floor next to the Library of Things.

Freshen up your summer TBR pile with books that our Library Director, Kim is looking forward to reading:

🌸 “Meet Me in Paris" by Kristin Harmel - "Love Actually" meets "The Notebook" - yes please! If you haven't read her book from last summer, "The Stolen Life of Colette Marceau," read it while you wait for this one.

🌸 “Children of the Wild" by Kevin Powers - A historic love story set in Virginia in the aftermath of World War I. Described as "An impactful novel of war and peace...a stirring tale of love, loss, and loyalty."

🌸 "Valley of the Moms" by Hannah Selinger - Aren't we all waiting for this one? If Hamilton wasn't already famous, it will be this summer! (Plus Selinger will be visiting us for an author talk in October.)

🌸 “The Amateur" by Chris Bohjalian - When a young woman, a golf prodigy, kills a caddy with a stray ball at the country club, the investigation of this freak accident reveals a dark and shocking tale of secrets.

On this season's book menu we'll be serving up contemporary fiction, beach reads, historical fiction, travel fiction, and summer reads.
