Kayla consistently goes above and beyond to support the mission of Launch, always stepping in wherever needed to support students and staff. Her positivity, dedication, and strong relationships make her an invaluable part of the Launch community. Congratulations, Kayla, and thank you for all that you do! Our Operations Team Member of the Month is Nicole Harrell! Nicole consistently goes above and beyond to support the team, whether that means jumping into the phone queue during busy times, helping with last-minute tasks, or assisting the Development Team with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
