Springfield High School celebrated 77 students recognized through ACT’s national PreACT Rising Stars program this year, up from 45 students last year, highlighting significant growth in student achievement and college readiness. The program honors students who score among the top performers nationally on the PreACT 8/9 assessment and recognizes academic excellence across multiple achievement levels.

✨ 2026 Prom is just getting started, and what a night already! ✨

A huge shoutout to our very special “win” — Mr. Klindt — for DJing, bringing the vibes, and keeping the crowd moving all night long! 🎶🕺💃

Our students showed up in their best “Happily Ever After” attire and absolutely looked the part. From elegant gowns to sharp suits, the magic was definitely in the air. 👑✨

A special thank you to our very own Mrs. Ostberg and her ceramics students for creating the beautiful themed centerpieces that helped transform the evening into something truly special. Their creativity and hard work added such a memorable touch. 🎨🌹

And of course, the prom court stunned the crowd with their grace, confidence, and beauty. What an incredible way to celebrate our students and this unforgettable night! ❤️

Congratulations to junior Anna Cole on an outstanding performance at the State competition! 🏅

Anna earned gold in both Showmanship and Western Horsemanship and will now advance to Regionals, taking place Father’s Day weekend in Moses Lake, Washington.

We are so proud of her hard work and dedication.
