Celebrating Student Achievement at Springfield High School! 🎉

We are proud to recognize an incredible accomplishment by our multilingual learners this year. More than 19 students have demonstrated English language proficiency, and 17 students have officially exited the English Language Development (ELD) program!

This represents one of the highest numbers of students reaching proficiency and exiting the program in recent years. These achievements reflect the hard work, perseverance, and determination of our students, who have dedicated themselves to developing their academic language skills while balancing the demands of high school.

This success is also a testament to the outstanding work of our ELD teachers, the strength of our curriculum, and the professional learning our staff have engaged in around instructional strategies that support language development. These strategies don't just benefit multilingual learners—they make learning more accessible and effective for all students.

Congratulations to our students, families, ELD team, and staff for this remarkable achievement. We are proud of the growth, resilience, and success you continue to demonstrate every day.

The choir has sung its final notes of Spring 2026. The graduates have walked the halls that helped shape who they are and are now standing on the threshold of their next chapter.

They wait in anticipation to hear their names called, to see the proud smiles of family and friends, and to celebrate the culmination of years of hard work, growth, and memories.

Today marks the end of one journey and the beginning of another. Congratulations to the Class of 2026—we are proud of all you have accomplished and excited for all that lies ahead. 🎓✨
