PSFC is a nonprofit in Monroe County, Pennsylvania that provides integrated support for children and families. Locations in Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna and Tannersville. We offer early childhood education (infant/toddler care, pre-K, Head Start), school-age programs, and youth development through their YES (Youth Empowerment Service) program (ages 12–24) with emphasis on leadership, c

areer skills, health, and re-entry support. Our mission is to adapt to the evolving needs of community children and families by meeting immediate needs and supporting longer-term goals. PSFC's classrooms are Keystone Star 4 and NAEYC accredited.
