What a fun night at Real Art Tacoma tonight. I want to thank everyone that came out to support Real Art Tacoma to help them get a new HVAC. I Especially want to thank the bands that volunteered their talents tonight. Hostile Machines, Of Lioness, The End Remains, Bizzy Beaver, and Souls Worn Thin . With their help and all the people that showed up and danced we were able to make $1203 towards getting a new HVAC. Also the artist that donated craft items to be raffled off. Suzan Peterson and her friends really came through for us. Also band swag from Lungduster, The End Remains, Souls Worn Thin. Real Art Tacoma is a non profit venue, and these kind of things really help them out. Plus this venue is always one of the first to help the community. Such a fun night.

This event is really picking up steam. We have lots of people starting to donate items for raffle and auction. We have homemade craft items, paintings and a certificate for 1/8 page ad for the Weekly Volcano. That is great deal if you're in a band and want to advertise a event, or maybe you have a business that could use a little advertisement. Bands are sending in swag also. I love when the community comes together to help local non-profit businesses, that also help the community. Last but not least, look at the bands that have volunteered their talents to help this event.

Im looking for some bands that would be interested in doing a show to raise money for the venue.

So if you haven't heard:

We're very un-cool.

With the summer looming the compressor on our AC decided it's time to retire. So now we need to get a replacement, and sadly no compressors want to volunteer.

So we need some help.

We try our best to keep our show pricing as low as we can because at the end of the day we would rather have you here. And of those prices most of it goes back to the artists that provided the entertainment.

So if you can please donate and help us be cool again. Even $10 helps!
