We are thrilled to host "Boo's & Books" right here at the Museum on Saturday, October 17, starting at 11:00 AM! Join us alongside New Worlds Reading and the Florida YMCAs for a wonderful community event.

A beautiful evening celebrating the opening of America’s Everglades: Through the Lens of Clyde Butcher at the Gadsden Arts Center & Museum. 🌿📸

Last night's presentation on the conservation of the American red wolf highlighted the powerful connection between art, nature, and conservation. Just as Clyde Butcher’s photographs have inspired people to appreciate the beauty of the Everglades and care enough to protect it, we hope sharing the story of the American red wolf can inspire that same sense of connection and conservation. 🐺💚

Ever wonder what happens on our trails after the sun goes down? 🌒 Join us for our Night Prowl on September 26 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM!

Take a guided tour to see our nocturnal animals in their element and get up close with one special night creature. 🦉🐾

📅 When: September 26, 2026 | 7:00–8:30 PM

💵 Cost: $14 for members / $16 for nonmembers

🔦 Important Details: This is an outdoor program, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. You are welcome to bring a flashlight to navigate the trail, but please do not shine it at the animals!

Tallahassee’s spookiest celebration returns for the ultimate creature takeover! 🕷️🎃

Join us on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM for Zoobilee: Creatures of the Night. It is Tallahassee’s favorite Halloween costume party and our annual "fun"raiser! 👻✨

Your ticket includes a full feast of local food from 20+ amazing area restaurants, a premium open bar, live music to dance the night away, and plenty of Halloween magic. Best of all, proceeds support the Museum's education, preservation, and conservation programs that protect our wildlife and strengthen our community! 🦉💚

This is a 21+ event, so dust off your favorite costumes and get ready for a fantastic night out.
