Are you concerned about falling? Do you want to improve your balance, flexibility and muscle strength. Join us for Matter of Balance at the Wabash Activity Center. Beginning May 7 through June 25, we will meet for 8 weeks from 10 am to noon to learn practical ways to prevent falls and do simple chair exercises to improve our balance. YOU MUST REGISTER!
