While we also enjoy mocking Republican Senators failed attempt to impeach Jack Smith yesterday because they didn’t know the difference between the Atlanta Hawks and the Iowa Hawkeyes, it’s important to remember the rest of his testimony: Trump violated several laws, including a criminal conspiracy to obstruct the peaceful transfer of power after he lost in 2020.

We know he did it, just like we know he told Georgia officials to “find” him 11,780 votes. He’ll do it again, and he’ll do it in the midterms, if we don’t have an overwhelming turnout.

It’s time to lock in and vote out as many of his enablers as possible this November.

Rust Belt Rising's innovative voter registration programs helped thousands of Great Lakes state residents register the last three cycles and will do so again this year.

Here's how it works: RBR partners at Civitech find targets of people who would likely vote our way but are unregistered at their current address as they compare commercial mail lists and voter files. They will mail these targets a pre-filled voter registration form with a motivational flyer and postage to their clerk. That's where we come in. In addition to our texting them, we need volunteers to call these targets to encourage them to complete the easy process of registering.

We would love for you to be part of a team that makes these calls to Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania voters as part of our virtual voter registration chase! We are starting with Ohio as their hard registration deadline is approaching with big elections this year!

BREAKING: In a loss for Ohio voters, the 6th Circuit greenlit a state law requiring documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles while applying for a driver's license.

Ohioans must now show proof of citizenship when registering to vote at the BMV before the midterms.

In a country with no single, standardized system to prove citizenship, the new requirement could prevent thousands of voters who register at the BMV while applying for a driver's license from doing so and ultimately voting.
