NOW HIRING: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Morongo Unified School District is seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to serve as Director of Human Resources.

Salary Range: $168,313 – $219,072 annually

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment, hiring, placement, transfers, and retention of certificated and classified staff
• Direct employee evaluations, counseling, discipline, and performance management programs
• Ensure compliance with personnel laws, regulations, and credential requirements
• Support labor relations, grievance processes, and contract administration
• Collaborate with administrators, employee groups, colleges, and community partners
• Oversee investigations involving harassment and personnel matters

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Educational Administration
Successful teaching and administrative experience
Administrative Services Credential desirable
