Tai Ji Quan starts TOMORROW - here's what you need to know:

Dates: September 1st - November 19th, 2026
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays for 12 weeks
Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Location: Gaukler Family Wellness Center | Fitness Room1
Attire: Wear something comfortable, easy to move in!
Cost: FREE
Instructors: Susan Milender, Stacy Ingstad, Teri Undem, Larissa Musgrave, and Kristi Anderson

Benefits of Tai Ji Quan include improved muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. This class also reduces the risk of falls AND is a great way to meet others!
