🌿 Grief Support Group: At The Legacy Place, we understand that grief comes in many forms. Whether it is the death of a loved one or friend, the loss of a pet, changes in health, retirement, or moving to a new home or community — life transitions can be deeply emotional and difficult to navigate alone.
On Tuesday 5/26 at 10:30 a.m. the monthly Grief Support Group will be held in the Community Room at The Legacy Place. This group is hosted by HIA Hospice and open to the community and offers a supportive space for connection, understanding, encouragement, and healing.
Sometimes the most important step in healing is simply knowing you do not have to walk through it alone.

During EMS Week, we recognize and thank the EMS professionals and first responders who serve our communities.

This year’s theme, “Improving Outcomes. Together “ reflects the important partnership between assisted living and EMS services. In assisted living, staff are often able to recognize changes in a persons condition early, allowing concerns to be addressed sooner and emergency services to be contacted quickly when needed.

At The Legacy Place, we are proud to have team members and leadership who also serve our community through EMS:
