Follow “County of Maui” page & others including local news & your favorite Weather Forecasters. Lowell coming up soon could turn North towards the islands. Be prepared to evacuate & use your shelter. East Maui residents: MISC will be conducting aerial treatment for the LFA infestation on Waikaloa Road on Monday, August 31. The August 17 treatment was cancelled due to Tropical Storm Lala. Waikaloa Road may be closed periodically before noon.
