Republicans made historic cuts to SNAP in their attempt to root out "waste, fraud, and abuse."

Now, over 700,000 children in our country have no idea where their next meal is coming from.

There is nothing wasteful about ensuring our children are fed, nourished, and healthy.

While cutting SNAP eligibility for children was not a stated target of H.R. 1’s proponents, the cost shift and access barriers are resulting in serious losses of food assistance for low-income children.
