Happy International Day of Play! 🎉

Play is one of the most important ways children learn about the world around them. Whether they're building with blocks 🧩, running outside 🏃, using their imagination 🎭, playing with friends 🤝, or exploring educational games online 💻, every type of play helps support healthy development.

Here are a few ways to encourage play:
✨ Create opportunities for different types of play
✨ Give children time to play independently
✨ Encourage play with other children and adults
✨ Praise effort and creativity

Still smiling from Families First FEST Boston 💛✨

Hundreds of families came together last Sunday for an afternoon filled with laughter, connection, performances, activities, community resources, and so much fun. From dancing along with our performers to exploring the Kid Zone and connecting with local organizations, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

A heartfelt thank you to the many partners, performers, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this celebration possible. Your time, talent, and generosity helped create a day full of joy for families across Greater Boston.
