đź’— Community Support in Action đź’—

The Greater Wheeling Coalition for the Homeless (GWCH) is proud to support the 6th Annual Feminine Hygiene Product Donation Drive hosted by Neighbors Helping Neighbors & Soroptimist International of Wheeling.

đź—“ Now through May 31, 2026

Period poverty is real—and it impacts as many as 2 in 5 individuals, with rising costs making access even more difficult. These essential items are often overlooked, yet they are critical for dignity, health, and daily living.

We are encouraging our community to come together and help make a difference. Donations of feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons, liners, etc.) can be dropped off at participating locations throughout the Ohio Valley.

đź’ˇ Monetary donations are also accepted and will go directly toward purchasing needed supplies.

All donations will support local organizations serving women and girls right here in our community—including those we serve at GWCH.

Every donation, no matter the size, matters.

If you are able to give, please consider contributing or helping spread the word. Together, we can ensure no one goes without basic necessities.

What started as one team member’s creative idea has quickly grown into one of the most exciting, all-ages community events in our area.

Last year’s inaugural Rage-Raiser® was a huge success, and we’re thrilled to bring it back for a second round — bigger and better than ever! The event is designed to be casual, fun-filled, and affordable for everyone to enjoy.

This year, thanks to the generous support of Ebbert’s Farm Market — sponsoring the pumpkins once again — we’re able to make this highly anticipated event happen.

Their continued partnership allows us to bring the community together for a day of smashing fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Building on the excitement from last year, we’re looking to elevate the experience even more. We are now inviting additional sponsors for our second annual Rage-Raiser® on November 8, 2025. The event kicks off at 11:00 AM and runs until we run out of pumpkins — or participants run out of steam.

Sponsorships help cover: event permits, food, beverages, and essential supplies.
Sponsor perks: public recognition and free pumpkins, scaled to your contribution level.

Interested in sponsoring or learning more about custom sponsorship opportunities? Please contact Brandon McLendon, Finance Manager, at 304-232-6105 by November 1, 2025.

Bonus for generous donors: Contributions of $500 or more may qualify for WV Neighborhood Investment Program (NIP) Tax Credits, which can reduce your 2025
West Virginia state tax bill.

Sponsor levels:
