Transitional Housing programs give veterans more than just a place to stay — they provide stability, support, resources, and a pathway toward independence. From helping veterans secure employment and healthcare to building life skills and permanent housing plans, these programs create hope and a fresh start for those who have served our country.

We are proud to offer a 10-bed Transitional Housing facility in Wheeling dedicated to supporting veterans on their journey forward. Every bed represents safety, dignity, and the opportunity for a brighter future.

Today, we celebrate the leader of our Transitional Housing program, Taylor and her 5th work anniversary! 🎉 Thank you for your compassion, dedication, and commitment to serving veterans in our community. Your work makes a difference every single day, and we are grateful for all you do! ❤️🇺🇸
